Today is Marine's EAS (End of Active Service) date.
Even though he got to come home early and use up his terminal leave days this is his official end of service date. I don't really know why I'm so excited about this.
Ok yes I do! lol It's because we made it! And yes I did say we since I went thru half of the time with him :) That count's right?

That absolutely counts. You two are a we now. When Match passed his tests he said baby WE did it. Because it's true what they say. Behind every great man is a great woman. We deal with a lot!
So happy you two made it. I remember when you were just beginning your relationship and wondering if you could do the distance thing. Just look at you now!!
